Congressman Hardy Has "No Regrets" About Supporting Donald Trump for President

Today, Democratic State Senator and Congressional District 4 candidate Ruben Kihuen released the following statement on Congressman Hardy's reply to Jon Ralston that he has "no regrets" about supporting Donald Trump, the most reckless and divisive candidate for President in modern history:

"This complete lack of remorse for standing by Donald Trump for months and months underscores that Congressman Hardy was always a 100 percent supporter of Trump's racist, sexist campaign for the White House. Hardy's eleventh hour "unendorsement' was all about playing politics to try to save his seat and nothing more. If Congressman Hardy has no regrets about empowering Donald Trump's divisive candidacy and trusting him with the nuclear codes, then he doesn't have the values to represent Nevada. Our district deserves a Congressman who will stand up and challenge bigotry and misogyny and recklessness, not enable it."
